Delivery and shipping costs

There are no shipping costs for orders within the European Union.

Shipping outside the European Union is possible only to the following countries: Australia, New-Zealand, Japan, Oman, Ukraine, San Marino, Monaco, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, UK, Island, Greenland, Canada, Brazil and Uruguay. The shipping costs depend on the value of your order:
- order under 100 €: 25 €
- order between 101 € and 500 €: 50 €
- order above 501 €: 75 €

You will receive an email notification once your package has been posted.

We ship as a letter or parcel, depending on the size and weight of your order.

The shipping time is approximately 5 working days from the day of dispatch.

Depending on the country, shipping takes up to 14 working days. 

All sales prices include statutory sales tax.

Customs and Clearance Fees

For deliveries outside the EU, customs and clearance fees may apply, which are charged by the transport company or the customs authority. These fees are outside of our control and must be borne by the customer / you. We recommend contacting your local customs office in advance for information.
