1. What is SIMPARGA?

SIMPARGA is an affordable online art gallery that connects art lovers with original, curated works by emerging and established artists from around the world. At SIMPARGA we believe that art is for everyone. Please feel free to check our profile.

 

2. Are the artworks original?

Yes. All artworks listed on SIMPARGA are original unique pieces or limited-edition prints.

  

3. Do you provide certificates of authenticity?

Most original artworks come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

 

4. Can I frame the artwork before delivery?

Some pieces come pre-framed. Others are shipped unframed for safe transit. If you wish a frame for an unframed piece, just contact us and we will send you a quote for the framing costs.

 

5. Will the colours look the same as on my screen?

We do our best to ensure colour accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting.

 

6. Can I gift an artwork?

Yes! Simply enter a shipping address different from the invoice address at checkout.

 

7. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you can finde here a range of gift cards - from 25 € to 150 €. The gift card is a digital one. It means you will receive it 18 hours after ordering. The gift cards are valid 6 months after receipt and are excluded from refund. 

 

8. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options.

 

9. How does the shipping work?

Artworks are carefully packaged and shipped directly by us. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships. We ship for free within the EU. Shipping in other countries outside the EU are possible but limited. The costs depend on the value of your order. You will find additional information in our shipping policy.

 

10. What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your artwork is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll assist with a repair, or refund depending on the case.

 

11. Can I return or exchange an artwork?

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. The artwork must be in its original condition. Please review our refund policy for full details.

 

12. Do you offer art consulting services?

Yes, we offer personal art advisory services to help you choose pieces that match your space, taste, or collection goals. Contact us to schedule a free consultation.
